Shipping
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to easily track your order.
Delays
While we do our utmost to deliver your order on time, delays may occur in exceptional cases. Should a delay happen, we will keep you informed with an additional email providing the updated expected delivery date.
Shipping Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, though delays may occur. You'll also receive a tracking code with your order to monitor its progress. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days, please feel free to email us.
Returns
you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product through our Return Request menu on our main menu in the webshop.
